Meeting Minutes
August 11, 2022
Opening:
The Meeting called to order by Carrie Mullins at the Chosen Ranch Community Center (CRCC) at 7:04pm.
Present:

Jessica Dobbs, Secretary
Greg Anderson, Sergeant At Arms
Kris Anderson, Trustee
Larry Brozowski, Trustee
William Sickner, Trustee
Jim White, Trustee
Absent:
Molly Adkins, Trustee
Chris Wagener, Treasurer
Drew Wagener, Deputy Treasurer
Business:
Pledge of Allegiance & Invocation Given
To start the meeting, we stood and said the Pledge of Allegiance, and an Invocation was given by Gary Wnuk.
Call to Convention
- Carrie announced the Call to Convention.
- 4 Delegates/Alternates to be voted on today to send to State Convention on August 27, 2022
- Started with Appointed Permanent Chair and Secretary for this Convention
- Carrie appointed as Chair
- Jessica appointed as Secretary
- Larry motioned for these appointments, Gary seconded. All in attendance approved.
- Oaths were given to Carrie and Jessica.
- Reading of the Call to Convention started by Carrie.
- Gary motions to bypass the reading, it is seconded by Jim Slavinski. Motion is passed.
- Those who wish to go as a voting Delegate are as follows:
Jim White, Gary Wnuk, Sandy Hollobaugh, Drew Wagener, Patrick Wilson - Doing a secret ballot for the one person you do not want to attend (since we have 5 volunteers and only need 4 as Delegates.)
- Jim White motions for potential delegates to speak a little before voting. Gary seconds. Motion Passes.
- 30 second speeches are given in this order:
Gary Wnuk, Sandy Hollobaugh, Jim White, Drew Wagener (read by Carrie, from his email, since he was unable to physically attend meeting due to out of state work), Patrick Wilson (read again from his email to Carrie, by Carrie.) - The votes as they were read aloud to the group of the person to not become a voting delegate:
- Gary, Drew, Patrick, Drew, Gary, Gary, Patrick, Patrick, Patrick, Gary, Jim, Patrick, Patrick, Patrick, Gary
- Voting Delegates will be: Gary Wnuk, Jim White, Sandra Hollobaugh, Drew Wagener
- Patrick will not be a voting delegate, but instead, will be the first Alternate Delegate to the Convention.
- Carrie Mullins will be the second Alternate Delegate.
- Bob Turek will be the third Alternate Delegate.
- There is no fourth Alternate Delegate.
- Jess motions to accept the order of Alternates, Gary seconds. Motion passes.
Hardworking Republican Appointments
Carrie nominates Jim Slavinski as a Hardworking Republican. He accepts. Nomination passes, and he is appointed a Hardworking Republican. He takes the Oath of Office.
